Our Jewelry Sales Professionals are the face of our business! We are proud of our long history with our customers and community, and our Sales Professionals help us build those relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome
  • Assist and educate customers on the process of selecting diamonds, gemstones and other fine jewelry
  • Provide estimates for repairs and custom design
  • Answer phone calls, place orders, manage stock and displays, data entry and some light cleaning
  • Occasionally pick up and drop off deliveries (gas costs reimbursed)

Hours

  • Full Time or Part Time available
  • Working hours may change depending on store hours and the holiday season

Our Bench Jewelers make our customers’ jewelry come to life!

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform jewelry repairs and settings, including but not limited to:
    • Ring sizing
    • Chain and clasp repair
    • Re-tipping prongs
    • Setting stones
    • Creating stone mounts
    • Minor ring repair
  • A bench test is included in the interview process

Hours

  • Full Time and Part Time available
  • Working hours may change depending on store hours and the holiday season

Ideal Candidates

  • 1-3 years experience in bench jewelry, custom work and/or repairs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good people skills

Help keep us organized and on track! We’re looking for an administrative assistant to help manage things behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track invoices
  • Manage customer data
  • Maintain social media accounts
  • Create marketing materials and oversee distribution
  • Inventory tracking
  • Answer phone calls, place orders, manage stock and displays, data entry and some light cleaning
  • Occasionally pick up and drop off deliveries (gas costs reimbursed)
